Groups

Some groups are more like classes. Some are support groups. Some are experiential. Some are all of them rolled into one!

Grab your favorite beverage (non-alcoholic, of course, after all, this is therapy) and join us as we come together to learn from each other and heal together. Below is a description of the groups. If this idea appeals to you, book a 15-minute slot on my calendar and we’ll figure out which on will best fit.

Relationship Recovery

Just can't seem to get over your ex?

So you lost yourself in your relationship and now its over. How you are supposed to go on by yourself?

Its time to discover who you are without him/her. 

This is a structured group with a defined start and end date.  Jump start your healing process and rediscover who YOU are. 

***If you cannot make the dates for the group, all structured curriculum  can be worked through with me in individual sessions.

Women's Group

This weekly group has no structured start or end date. It is an ongoing group limited to 10 participants. The focus of our gatherings is to deal with issues primarily facing women in the struggle for life balance.

Sleep Well Group

Can’t sleep huh?

This 8-week group helps you eat the sleep you crave, to power you through your busy life.

This group has a defined start and end date. It’s a ton of great information and a lot of at home application. Let’s get you to a good night’s sleep.
