As Secretary I often get the privilege of hosting the bumper segments of our monthly continuing education workshops. My favorite event was at our annual member meeting one year when we presented a fun 'EARLY EARLY THERAPY SHOW" in which I played a talk show host interviewing new board members to introduce them to chapter members.
Extreme self love experience
Hosted by my good friend, Alex Torres, the Vitality Life Coach, this event was one where we really felt the power of strong women coming together. I spoke about the power of the Divine Feminine and how we can harness this power in our lives. This talk formed the basis for the class I lead today. This 8-hour workshop taught creative business owners (who aren't the most tech saavy sometimes) to build a working website in one day using Squarespace.
Optimize Your DAY
This day-long seminar was the inspiration for my program Optimize Your Life. I spoke about how to get your butt out of bed to even get started changing your life. I motivated people to make the best of the time that they were presented in one day. Every day is another opportunity to change your life!
